The People Behind Progress
Protecting the people who build, serve, and sustain our nation
An advocacy project led by Miss Morocco 2026, dedicated to mental health, safety, and dignity at work.
Meet Miss Morocco 2026
Chirihan Chergui is Miss Morocco 2026, an entrepreneur in the field of occupational health and workplace prevention, and a committed advocate for mental health and safety at work.
Trained as an engineer, Chirihan built her career at the crossroads of science, human impact, and social responsibility. Her professional path led her to found CompanionCare, an innovative solution dedicated to improving mental well-being, preventing burnout, and reducing workplace risks. Her work has been recognized in professional ecosystems, notably through conferences and interventions at major events such as Preventica, where her approach to prevention and workplace health has been highlighted.
Beyond entrepreneurship, Chirihan embodies a strong and engaged vision of female leadership. Actively involved in associations such as Elles Bougent, she supports initiatives that encourage women to pursue careers in engineering, technology, and leadership. Through mentoring, public speaking, and advocacy, she contributes to empowering women to take their place in sectors where they remain underrepresented.
As a Moroccan woman, model, and keynote speaker, Chirihan uses visibility as a responsibility. She regularly leads charitable workshops, awareness sessions, and public conferences focused on mental health, quality of life at work, and accident prevention, helping to democratize these critical topics across diverse audiences.
Her advocacy is rooted in action. Through education, training, and accessible prevention tools, Chirihan works to transform how organizations and individuals approach health at work, shifting from reaction to prevention, from silence to dialogue.
This advocacy project reflects her vision of what it means to be a Miss today:
a woman of purpose, intellect, resilience, and impact, capable of representing her country with credibility, compassion, and leadership on the international stage.

Our Objective
To make workplace mental health and accident prevention accessible, visible, and actionable across Morocco with a special focus on high-risk sectors.
Why It Matters
Workplace accidents and mental health disorders are not isolated issues. They affect families, communities, and the social fabric of our country.
The construction and public works sector (BTP) is among the most exposed to:
  • Physical accidents
  • Chronic stress and fatigue
  • Psychosocial risks
  • Burnout and long-term health consequences
According to international standards, prevention is most effective when it combines education, organizational culture, and early awareness rather than reactive measures alone.
A National Momentum
Morocco is actively advancing on these topics. Under the Horizon 2030 vision led by His Majesty King Mohammed VI, mental health and social protection have become national priorities. This advocacy project aligns fully with that momentum by translating strategy into concrete action on the ground.
Morocco is actively advancing on issues related to mental health, social protection, and workplace safety. Under the Horizon 2030 vision led by His Majesty King Mohammed VI, human capital, well-being, and dignity at work have become strategic national priorities.
This momentum is further reinforced by Morocco's role on the international stage. The country has recently hosted major sporting events such as the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) and is preparing to co-host the FIFA World Cup 2030. These global events are driving unprecedented investment in infrastructure, construction, public works, logistics, and services — sectors where occupational risks, physical strain, and mental pressure are particularly high.
The rapid development of large-scale projects in the construction and public works (BTP) sector creates both opportunity and responsibility. While these initiatives showcase Morocco's ambition and excellence, they also highlight the urgent need to strengthen prevention, mental health awareness, and safety culture for the workers who make these achievements possible.
This advocacy project aligns fully with this national and international momentum. By translating long-term strategic vision into concrete, accessible prevention actions on the ground, it aims to ensure that Morocco's growth, visibility, and success are built not only on performance, but also on protection, care, and human sustainability.
